Hi! My name is Anna – I am a certified fitness nutritionist, blogger, business owner, wife, daughter, sister, friend, and above all a mother of two wonderful kids.

I have a long background in marketing, but my passion has always been healthy lifestyle……and inspiring others to live their healthiest. Following a long term career in the corporate world and seeing firsthand how neglecting your health will affect your overall life in the long run, inspired me to start the Slow·o·lution blog. A place where I share a lot of my personal experience, as well as a place where number of experts cover different areas around the topic of health.

Becoming a mom a few years ago, has only strengthen my believe that there is simply nothing more important than my own health. Only if I take care of myself and my health, will I be able to take care of my children and family properly. I want to have the energy to keep up with my kids in any given moment……and of course teaching and inspiring not only my kids, but all of you along the way to make your own health a priority is an extra bonus!

We are all busy, we are all different and what works for one person won’t necessarily work for another. My aim with Slow·o·lution is to provide you with a platform where you can learn about the many different aspects of health, as well as, to enable you to independently discover the right formula for you to live a healthy lifestyle. Which in turn will allow you not only to maintain a healthy outlook, but also to improve your performance and increase your efficiency in the long run.
