In today's blog I am sharing with you a great TED talk (www.ted.com) by Andy Puddicombe (Mindfulness expert and founder of Headspace) about what 10 mindful minutes a day will do to your overall wellbeing. There are couple of things that I particularly like about this talk. For one, the clarity and simplicity of the fact that we need to invest so little time in leading more mindful life. Secondly, just by the simple question "when is the last time you did absolutely nothing for 10 whole minutes?", Andy makes you realize that we as a society are not used to just doing nothing. It makes you realize that it is within our own power and control of taking the time on daily basis to rejuvenate our mind.
